Elizabeth was born into a family system that has intergenerational trauma that originated five generations back on her mothers side. She was raised with nurturing care until the age of four years old. Elizabeth was then in the care of her teenage sitter often and underwent rape by the same sex (a young woman) for the next seven years of her life. She also experienced rape by a man and understood that it was no different. The pain of these acts destroyed different parts of her while young. During this time while her brain was being programmed she developed chronic migraines starting at the age of 6 years old. They would cause her to not breathe and nearly go blind at times. Family was also not a safe option for her to turn to for the massive amount of internal pain she was storing within. She met her current husband at the age of 16 years old, and her intuition was reborn with him stepping into her life. She knew she could trust what she felt overall because of what she felt for him. Her love for him and knowing children would come in the near future pushed her to break her silence at 18 years old of the hidden sexual abuse she endured. Her sexual abuse was quickly hidden and hushed by everyone. She got married shortly after this and entered the sacred rite of passage into motherhood at the age of 22 years old. She chose home birth originally because of her traumatic background, but she found renewed strength and power with each birth. That power did not leave her. While looking at her first born son she realized she wanted to raise him differently. She unlocked her voice for the first time starting at the age of 24 years old. She went public with her abuse and trauma she was living with, even though she was advised by family, family friends, and the church to not speak about it. She knew the key to not feeling sick though was by speaking. Speaking out loud would somehow bring an oppurtunity to heal. Throughout this process of speaking publicly she was neglected even further by her own family and became aware that she was being scapegoated by her husbands family. She was scapegoated for her husbands multi generational family trauma on his side. All of this pain combined and her refusing to not let her voice be silenced, her body started to shut down from the migraines. With the amount of trauma and pain she was storing, she simply didn't know how to release the energy. A shaman woman was in her circle through social media, and she invited to guide her with plant medicine at the age of 28 years old. Fearful, because Elizabeth was raised in a religious household, she still took the opportunity because she knew she was dying. She estimated years left to live with the amount of pain that she did not know how to release from her body. Talking was a great tool, but it was not enough. Plant medicine was the key she had been screaming to God for and it was under her feet the entire time. It was 20 years of "therapy" within two nights for her. She also had an exorcism of her rapists dark energy during this weekend that was residing within her womb. She is forever grateful for that weekend and the synchonicities that lined up. The darkness wasn't over yet though. Elizabeth continued on taking in plant medicine solo with the right intentions, dosing, and setting. She held onto the words of what one beautiful soul told her, "It will be dark for awhile, but one day all you will see is love and light when it comes to your past." Elizabeth knew it wasn't normal to facilitate energy on her own, but she connected deeply with the medicine, and she learned this was her gift the entire time. It explained everything she was and how she acted as a little girl, which is spiritually gifted. The multiple types of trauma she went through just buried this part of her for many years, until, she found herself again. Elizabeth didn't stop reprogramming lost memories until she achieved her goal, which was to see her abusers and family members with love. When she finally made it to the other side, she knew she had to share this method of medicine with the world because of the freedom that occurred within her.

Many years later, with many deaths and rebirths Elizabeth has experienced, and deep prayer to God... She is now sharing her gifts with the world. Elizabeth does NOT tolerate the bypassing of another human beings pain. She believes revisiting painful memories *sometimes*  is the key to setting them free. It starts with welcoming them back with intention, love, and ready to rewrite the story that's been stuck in time. She also welcomes anger, and teaches others how valuable honoring your anger is. Elizabeth learned how to completely rewrite multiple haunted memories within her own psyche. Elizabeth believes ones process should not be rushed and ones privacy is to be respected. She firmly believes that while living a healthy life style is wonderful, it is ultimately stuck emotions that make a human continue to be physically, emotionally, and spiritually sick. Elizabeth learned throughout healing that she was never broken. She was whole and complete the entire time. Elizabeth now well knows that any lack she feels that suddenly arises is yet another an opportunity to transform it. Elizabeth is known as an alchemist, a loyal friend, a loving space holder, and she is a powerful voice that helps others from going mute to finding their own voice. Her motto is, "Fuck these people, and, forgive these people." She understands that not everyones path is forgiveness, but for her it was vital. Elizabeth has the gift of seeing light in everything, but, exposing the dark is also her gift. Holding onto anger was a lot harder than loving an enemy she found out quickly into her transformation. She has known since the start of her journey when she broke her silence of her sexual abuse at 18 years old that radical love was always the end result, but, with too many traumatic lost memories that she carried she didn't know how to get to that peaceful state of mind. It was the energy work she did that kept shifting her, along with the help of plant medicine. After three decades of suffering she has now found complete freedom, success, the tools on how to get there, and has had a major reduction in pain within her own body.

 

For over a decade Elizabeth has freely dedicated countless hours of herself and her time to helping people find their own path and voice without judgment. She has been a very loud voice in the community, though, that part of her has run its course. She will miss that version of herself, but she has finally arrived into who she has been searching for... her true self. The medicine woman here to help you find the light that resides in you. Elizabeth knows the power of just one transformed human being. One who has achieved seeing their past with love. She knows because she achieved this herself. This kind of radical love radiates into our earth and is deeply needed as we continue to build a new earth for the future generations.
